Conformity and compliance
Di.Co. and Di.Ri. declarations
Clear documents. Thorough checks.
We issue declarations of conformity (Di.Co.) for installations built or modified by our company, and prepare declarations of compliance for existing installations (Di.Ri.) where permitted by Italian D.M. 37/2008. Site inspections, checks and supporting documents form part of the service.

Declarations of conformity — Di.Co.
Issued on completion of our work and the required checks, with the design or drawing and mandatory attachments relating to the intervention.

Declarations of compliance — Di.Ri.
Site inspection, technical checks and a declaration for installations completed before 27 March 2008 whose Di.Co. is missing or unavailable, within Article 7(6).

Reviewing diagrams, previous declarations and available records to identify any necessary additions.

Defining the work needed when issues prevent the documentation from being issued.

Permitted for installations completed before 27 March 2008 without a Di.Co. The signatory must be a registered professional with at least 5 years in the relevant installation sector; outside Article 5(2), a technical manager with at least 5 years in that role at an authorised company in the sector may also sign.

Can the document be issued without seeing the installation?
Documentation is more than a formality: checks and information appropriate to the specific case are required.
Does a Di.Ri. always replace a missing Di.Co.?
It applies to installations completed before 27 March 2008 with a missing or unavailable Di.Co., following site inspection and technical assessment. We assess applicability and the signatory’s requirements before accepting the assignment.
Do you carry out official periodic earthing inspections?
We carry out earthing measurements and technical checks. For periodic inspections under D.P.R. 462/2001, we help arrange the process with ASL, ARPA or Ministry-authorised inspection bodies.
